Karen Albright brings her leadership acumen from her extensive executive experience in the cosmetics and retail industries. As a holder of the US Soccer Federation Grassroots license, Karen is committed to grassroots development. She coaches U5 and U10 teams at Copper Mountain and also conducts skills clinics and fundamental technical courses for U4 to U8 players working alongside top coaches with leading coaches from other competitive soccer clubs. Demonstrating her versatility and dedication to youth sports, Karen also coaches a competitive volleyball team of U10 players competing in a U12 league.

Karen’s coaching approach is centered on skill development, teamwork, and positivity. She creates a supportive environment where players are empowered to grow and succeed. Karen, drawing upon her expertise in data management, collects and analyzes a diverse range of statistics for both teams and individual players, and uses this knowledge to craft personalized development plans for each player. She creates individualized reports for each player, providing players and parents with transparent and quantifiable insights into each player’s development journey.
